The Fine Print

We believe in keeping things simple, beautiful, and stress-free. Here's everything you need to know.

Made to Order

Every piece in our collection is made just for you. Because of this, please allow 7 business days for your order to be crafted before it ships. We'll keep you updated every step of the way.

Shipping

Shipping cost is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Domestic (U.S.)

We primarily ship via USPS, with tracking included on every order. Standard shipping takes 7 business days once your piece is ready. Expedited options are available at checkout.

International

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Please note: We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every piece is made to order, we do not accept outright returns unless your item arrives damaged or defective. Understanding that sometimes things look and feel different in person, we do offer exchanges within 14 days.

If something arrives less than perfect, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at cs@ousajewelry.com with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll take care of you.

All of that said... our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind every piece we make. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery and we will repair, replace, or refund your item — your choice.

Cancellations

Because production begins quickly after your order is placed, cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of purchase. After that window, we are most likely unable to cancel or modify your order. Reach out to cs@ousajewelry.com for help.

Sizing

As a small business, every order matters and every exchange is a meaningful challenge.

Do us a favor and double-check your ring size and any measurements before ordering.

If you have any questions or concerns, we are happy to assist at cs@ousajewelry.com or at our instagram @ousajewelry.

Care & Keeping

We want your pieces to last a lifetime. Visit our Care Guide for tips on maintaining your jewelry.

Why We Choose Lab-Grown Diamonds

We believe beautiful things shouldn't come at a cost to the planet — or the people on it. That's why we primarily use lab-grown diamonds in our collection.

Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds in every sense of the word — same chemical composition, same brilliance, same magic. The difference is in how they're made. Created in a controlled environment rather than mined from the earth, lab-grown diamonds require significantly fewer natural resources, carry a lower environmental footprint, and sidestep the ethical concerns that have long shadowed the traditional diamond industry.

For us, it's a simple choice. We want the pieces you wear every day to feel as good as they look.

That said, we know natural diamonds hold a special meaning for many people — and we completely respect that. If you'd prefer your piece set with a natural diamond, we're always happy to make it happen. Just reach out and we'll take care of you.

A little magic, beautifully made — and made with intention.

14k vs. 10k Gold

14k vs. 10k – What’s the Difference?

  • Color: 14k has been the long-standing standard for fine jewelry – the color is what you’ve come to expect. 10k is a slightly softer or paler yellow.
  • Durability: 10k is more durable, while 14k is slightly softer due to the higher gold content.
  • Sensitivity: If your skin is sensitive to metals, 14k tends to be the safer option. Because 10k has less gold (and more alloy), it is more likely to irritate sensitive skin.
  • Tarnishing: Unlikely (but never impossible) with either.
  • Price: The higher the gold content, the higher the cost!

In summary… 14k has a higher gold content for a richer tone and higher price tag. 10k is a durable, everyday gold at a more accessible price point.

How It's Made

Our collection is primarily manufactured in the United States using recycled metals, because beautiful jewelry shouldn't come at the expense of the planet.
